We offer supervised transportation from your child’s elementary school directly to our academy. Our team coordinates with school staff to ensure smooth, consistent pickup every day.

We understand life happens. We ask that parents notify us as soon as possible if they’ll be arriving after closing time. A late pickup policy is in place to ensure fairness to our staff, and our team will stay with your child until you arrive.
We offer extended care on many early release days. Holiday and school-break availability varies by semester. Ask our team about our schedule at enrolment so you can plan ahead.
Yes. We ask families to share any dietary restrictions or allergy information during registration so we can make appropriate accommodations for the 3 PM and 5 PM snack times.

We use a digital communication platform, so parents receive updates, incident reports, and general notes without needing to call in. You’ll always know how your child’s afternoon went.
We maintain low ratios to ensure every child receives attentive supervision and support throughout the afternoon, specific ratios are shared during your tour or enrolment consultation.
Any changes to your child’s authorized pickup list must be submitted in writing through our front office. We enforce this strictly as part of our campus security standards.
Spots fill quickly, especially ahead of the new school year. We recommend pre-registering as early as possible. Families on the waitlist are contacted in the order they signed up.
