Vacancy: Teachers and Teacher Assistants

Milestones Academy of Texas is looking to add professional, dedicated, flexible, and dynamic teachers to our incredible teaching staff.

Currently, we're hiring for all teaching positions.

We're looking for both full-time/part-time Teachers. Full-time teaching schedules will be sometime between the hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM and you choose your part-time slot to work, we will work on scheduling. Experience is desired but not required for Assistant Teachers, we will provide onsite training. Lead Teaching positions do require applicants to have at least 1 year of prior experience. Please specify if you are interested in a full-time or part-time shift when applying.

Applicant Must Meet These Qualifications

Ability to hear the conversational voice, with or without a hearing aid

Ability to see and read newsprint, with or without corrective lenses

Ability to speak and be understood under normal circumstances

Ability to lift and carry children and other items weighing up to 50 pounds

Ability to use arms, hands, legs, and feet, with or without corrective devices; this includes the ability to evacuate the building during emergencies

Ability to handle crisis situations, especially where children are involved

Ability to respond immediately to emergency situations

Experience
